new banner?

I'm still a little surprised when I see my new banner...you too? I can always bring back the old one, but I'm so moved by the seasons and my little house in the country, that this photo seems like a good representation of me, as well. I know it's been fall for weeks, but I couldn't decide which photo for the longest time. I've been so inspired by the many brilliant seasonal blog banners...like hers and hers. Almost gave up... and then over weekend I stepped out my front door and shot these young maples in all their glory. This is along the road to my home....what you'd see if you were pulling in the driveway...stopping by for a cup of tea. Pin It

    A pretty banner for a pretty blog! I'll have to document the color of fall here, one kind of tree gets orangish blossoms, the rest stay green, green green!

    I love how one of your links has a "Maya Day" on her to-do list. I need to have several in order to use up all the inspiration you've provided.

    ah shucks, thanks for the mention. i can't help but to change my banner - i sometimes force myself to keep one for at least a month, just so i don't confuse visitors! i love your new banner. rows of trees, especially in their fall glory, are among my favorite things.
