pause with me


It's so easy to forget and get caught up in the hustle-bustle energy of January. I'm trying my best to pause and find my breath whenever I can. I thought you might enjoy a little reminder too. Ready. Make sure both feet are firmly planted on the ground. Inhale. Exhale. Ahhhhhhhh....

  4. Thanks! It's hard to forget to pause for a moment. The new year began, and with it resolutions and being back at the grindstone. It's time for new things, but not new stress.

  5. Great reminder, Maya. This pause is something I have been reflecting on so much this past week. It is January, and there is an influx of energy for new things, thoughts, projects.... but it's still (just beginning) to be winter. I would like to remember to let the inward gesture guide me, allow me to settle and to rest. Spring is coming and a deep breath in (in this very moment and in this season generally)the deep breath is needed now in prep for the exuberant spring exhale. Thanks for the deep breath!
