We just made our Jack O'Lanterns last night! My husband had fun doing it for maybe the first time ever, after realizing he was allowed to use a power drill in carving his! The seeds made such a tasty late night snack!
I just took a pan of cinnamon-ginger pumpkin seeds out of the oven and put in a batch of pumpkin muffins. The sun is shining, the wind is blowing a cool to cold breeze, a pot of vegetable stew is simmering on the stove and I have my knitting close at hand, yes, I'm having fun.
