I had heard from various sources that my neighbor and good friend just had triplets! Well, not exactly her, but one of her sheep. Last week, my favorite shepherdess (and awesome clothing designer), Woolenmoss' Kate, welcomed two sets of twin lambs- followed by the triplets.
A visit was in order! Since we're currently in the midst of spring break, it seemed like the perfect outing for a bunch of friends.
Oh Kate, thank you! There's nothing like a sweet new lamb... and seven of them was out of control sweetness!

ReplyDeleteI really would like to touch a sheep, and I always try when I'm in Uk, ...but they always run away!! Lambs are fantastic!

Thank you for sharing the pictures. We just visited our city's animal farm on the weekend and I forgot my camera at home.
ReplyDeleteHow can a spinner pass up a post like this? Too much awesome. Man, I really do need to get back to combing that wool. Silly having-a-baby getting in the way of my fiber dreams!
ReplyDeleteGoodness!! My folks raise sheep so I've had the chance to enjoy some baby lambs in my day but I must say, these little ones are the CUTEST I've ever seen! Their little faces are just too much! Looks like a great day.
ReplyDeleteHere's a pic of the lamb I cuddled on Sunday... :)

Oh, I miss that. There were several flocks within walking distance of my home back home. I loved lambing time.
