pull up a chair

We're cruising along at a steady pace over here at the Donenfeld hearth headquarters. Not totally on top of my list, but not quite behind either. Today is teacher gift assembly time, and  I wasn't sure if I'd have a chance to blog. However, yesterday's heavy post was beckoning for a little cheer to follow. As I gathered  my supplies and turned on the carols, I realized what a cozy, cheerful scene it was. I put on the kettle and seriously wished I could invite you over for some tea.  I grabbed my camera for the next best thing. We can pretend, can't we?
the hearth
It's chilly out there, so come on in by the fire. The smell of woodsmoke and cloves fills the air. Chocolate is melting in the oven. There are snowflakes to hang, jars to fill and stars to fold in the crisp light of our little farmhouse windows. I could definitely use your able hands!

Mmmm. And as long as we're fantasizing, wouldn't a winter's nap be perfect too!?

  4. How beautiful and rustic, I just discovered your blog recently and one of your posts inspired us to buy a Singer (my Grandma had a very old one) and to sew repurpoused fabrics instead of buying into the consumer culture. Thanks!

  16. Maintaining multiple connections have become easy now, thanks to the dual SIM stuffs. The mobile majors are all busy in deigning these doubly utility set in masses, and rightly so, the service from RightShopping.in is in the picture. The link at www.rightshopping.in/g/its.asp?C=SmartPhone-Mobile-Phone&cid=1&feature=Dual%20Sim brings the details out.
