Our way home from California involved the most epic travel day I've ever experienced as a mother: huge delays and multiple gate changes, climaxing with a stormy 1 1/2 hour drive (by little ol' me) at 3 in the morning. I think I can tackle anything now! Leaving the west coast was hard for all of us, but by the time we made it to our cozy nest we were thrilled. I've have never been so grateful for a stocked freezer. Berry smoothies ushered us in when we finally all crawled out of bed today.
Laundry began and animal chores were resumed. The routine felt down right blissful, and I'm so grateful for the wonderful care they received while we were gone.
After a big trip my children always love rediscovering their toys and books... it's like a happy reunion with old friends. Today our long abandoned dress-up corner became the haven as future Halloween costumes were donned. This princess-fairy-witchy-wizard claimed "I really am a country mouse, Mama!" and then proceeded to race outdoors to the wild woods she had missed so very much!
Can't wait to catch up with you all on Monday. I've missed you all something fierce!
At Gifts-To-India.com you will have a bit tough time. Do not panic, because we have so many collections that you will wonder which one to pick and which one to leave.
