silk oak: sponsor spotlight and giveaway

Today's spotlight is with long time sponsor: Silk Oak- maker of hand printed eco friendly clothing. Because it has been spotlighted before (see here), Jan felt it would be fun to do something different; switch it up and have fun. So... she's introducing her newest design for spring right here and sharing the process with all of us. So, please enjoy this photo essay, and then see what generous offerings she is giving away below.

I loved seeing that turtle journey from design on paper to multiple color silk screen print on a shirt, didn't you? Silk Oak is generously offering a turtle extravaganza for all the little people in your life. What a perfect gift to welcome in spring. Included in this giveaway is:
  • a onesie and hat (hat not shown)
  • child's short sleeve tee
  • child's long sleeve tee and coordinating pants

If you'd like the opportunity to win such a wonderful assortment of beautiful and thoughtful clothing, please leave a comment in this post before Wednesday at 8 pm EST. A random winner will be selected and announced on Thursday morning. In addition, Jan is offering a 15% discount to all maya*made readers in her Etsy shop between now and April Fool's Day. Just enter the code Mayamade when making a purchase. Thanks so much Silk Oak, we're so glad you're here! Good luck to all of you.
