I've had many behind the scenes projects filling my days and keeping me running. I keep coming back to read this post... for guidance and  inspiration. I  had wanted to take the words a step further and a little something is finally in the works. In the small moments between this and that, I have been gathering possible components. I wonder if anyone can guess where I'm going with them... it's not the obvious, or maybe it is and I can't tell.

  1. I have no idea where you're headed, but in my book, anything involving lavender and pretty stamped reminders to stay present is a success. I'm looking forward to seeing the result!

  2. great mystery and even better idea to keep reminding yourself to be in the moment. my moment is currently consumed by loving your feather fabric (or is it paper?) and thinking i absolutely must have it for my living room wall hanging that i've been musing on for months. can you recommend a way to obtain? thanks!

  4. You've gathered beautiful components. I see almost all the senses: seeing (a lot!), feeling (lots to feel as well), smelling (lavender, wood, different fabrics, ink), hearing (the words, the moving of fabrics maybe?), you just miss something to taste, although a bit of lavender adds a lovely taste to a (herb) tea.
    I follow you with interest!

  7. I can't really imagine what you're up to (a wall hanging? A motivation chart? a calendar?) but I just want to look at those wooden buttons forever. There is a warmth there that is mesmerising. The simplest things, huh?

  9. Oh, it's really just a little something... hope I don't disappoint you all:)
Heleen- I only had a little of this fabric to begin with and am hoping to find it again, too. I've looked online to no avail, but I have a shop in town that might know where to source it. I'll keep you posted.
