I'm courting all things miniature these days. Inspired by my daughter's (and my own!) love for tiny... I'm downsizing some little surprises for Valentine's Day. I'll be sharing more about these next week. Hope your weekend is filled with love...
These are darling. I've always liked working small (perhaps unconsciously linked to my small stature - who knows). Is that a piece of recycled pattern?
I have the pleasure of passing on to you the Sunshine Blog Award from my blog www.basketmasterweavings.blogspot.com Thank you for all your inspiring sewing you do. I always enjoy reading your posts. Nancy
Scrumptious. I love wee little things like that. What is inside? Wee little cookies? Hot cinnamon candies? Cut pieces of licorice? Clearly I'm rooting for edible, lol.
I love all things tiny too! The V-Day cards are sooo adorable as is the garland. I think my passion was created when my parents took me (as a child) to the Knotts Berry Farm miniature museum. There were several vignettes of mini delights. I would spend hours (with my hubs) at the miniature convection. It was wall to wall eye candy.

ReplyDeleteI was amazed after watching the making of "Coraline" that all the tiny sweaters etc. were hand knitted by a lady specializing in minatures.
I have such a weakness for tiny things! I want to check out that Coraline feature now. :)
ReplyDeleteoh my, these are charming, and a little brilliant, besides.
