SQUAM 2010!

It's that time of year again! Squam Art Workshops has just announced it's new schedule of classes and teachers for 2010. There are some delicious surprises for this year's offerings: 5 fantastic and distinct sessions! FIVE! I didn't think it could get any better... it just did! I'm so happy to share that I will be returning in June to teach at this most magical of retreats. The amazing Elizabeth MacCrellish has done it again... the line up is thrilling, and I'm honored to be in such inspiring company. I have such wonderful plans for my two classes (more on that soon) and can't wait to meet the new friends that will fill them. Maybe one of them will be YOU!! I hope so. One of the best parts of last year's Squam experience was transcending on-line relationships into real ones. The virtual world is vast and powerful... but when we have an opportunity to look into one another's eyes, take eachother's hands... well nothing could be more vast and powerful than that. The creating, healing, and inspiration that have grown out of the past Squam experiences have been well documented here. My account, fresh from my return last June, is here. It truly changed my life and had a big impact on my approach to everything thereafter. If you've ever dreamed about immersing yourself in natural beauty, loving community, inspired learning and untapped creativity: Squam is something to consider for your New Year. I'm so excited!

  3. I was so excited when I looked at the teachers list and saw your name! One of the best moments of last year's retreat was you greeting me at the Coffee Sack Hack class with a big hug even though you had no idea who I was - it set the tone for the class and the weekend perfectly. And Laura will be there too! ::does happy dance::

  4. Sigh! I would so love to attend Squam, but the flights and the logistics and the little children mean that it is just a dream for the time being, but I do dream and one day, my wish is to sit in your class surrounded by the beautiful women in the middle of the beautiful woods soaking in all the goodness. One Day.
